Rules of Xtopia 

1. Freedom of speech
2. You can wear whatever you want at anytime anywhere
3. No discrimination of race
4. You can drive once you are 14
5. No stealing
6. School is from 9:30 to 2:00
7. School is only on Monday- Thursday
8. Must get a job at age of 18
9. You can't kill people
10. You can't live here if you have a major criminal record
